This is a very contentious issue amongst customers and retailers alike. We do not buy from wholesalers as such, but travel to the seldom seen villages and provinces in the North of China and purchase direct from the people. We do have our own certification certificate for every piece of furniture outlining the age, type of wood and origin.  We feel that our products alone are testament to our integrity.

As most of our furniture are one of a kind original pieces, we sell directly from the shop floor of our showroom. We do do have several reproduction ranges which we do have multiple stock in our warehouse. If there is something that you particularly like, we can endeavour to source it for you, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same.

Yes , we have an in-house delivery service where we can arrange delivery for you at a very reasonable rate, depending on the size and nature of the piece(s) and your address.

Within reason, yes this can be possible depending on the requests. For example we are happy to insert holes for cables and leads in the back of furniture for entertainment use, or modify the height of a piece by reducing leg length.
